  • 24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Notice Policy

    We require at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Please note, failure to provide a timely notice will result in a $75 fee.

  • Late Arrival Policy

    Punctuality is crucial to maintain a streamlined schedule. Any arrival beyond 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment, resulting in a forfeit of your deposit.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

    Once a service is booked, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred under specific circumstances. This policy ensures the dedication of our clients and our professionals' time.

  • Clear Communication for Customized Care

    Your safety and comfort are our priority. We encourage clients to provide accurate health information and communicate any discomfort during services. 

  • Underage Clientele Policy

    For clients under 18, a guardian or parent must sign a consent form prior to the service. This policy ensures the wellbeing and legal protection of our underage clients.
